6:30p Welcome Opens the meeting and shares a thought of the day or club news/updates. (2-3 mins)
6:33p Toastmaster/Host Host/MC the meeting and introduce other roles (speaks throughout)
6:34p Word Master Introduce the word of the day (1-2 mins)
6:36p Joke Master Tell a fun joke or story (1-2 mins)
6:38p Speaker #1 Prepared presentation (5-7 mins)
6:45p Speaker #2 Prepared presentation (5-7 mins)
6:52p Table Topics Facilitate impromptu open ended questions (10-20 mins) - Members/Guests selected to participate speak for 1-2 mins each
7:07p General Evaluator Introduce/ask each feedback role to present their feedback
7:08p Evaluator #1 For speaker #1 - Share what you observed/noticed - ie clarity, vocal variety, eye contact, gestures, audience awareness,
comfort level, interest. (2-3 mins)
7:11p Evaluator #2 For speaker #2 - Share what you observed/noticed - ie clarity, vocal variety, eye contact, gestures, audience awareness, comfort level, interest. (2-3 mins)
7:14p Ah Counter/Grammarian Report on filler words count and use of word of the day (1-2 mins)
7:16p Timer Report on overall meeting start/end time and share how long each role above spoke. (1-2 mins)
7:18p General Evaluator Share overall thoughts on the meeting (2-3 mins)
7:20p Close/End Toastmaster/Host closes out the meeting and may ask guests for feedback on the meeting (1-5 mins)
