Choose the self study toastmasters course or “Pathway” which matches closest to your goals and interests. You can select a “Pathway” directly or take a 5 minute assessment for a recommendation.

Types of Pathways:
- Presentation Mastery - Build your skills as an accomplished public speaker
- Engaging Humor - Engage with humor and improve any speech; deliver a message with laughter.
- Motivational Strategies - Emotional intelligence and team building; Practice motivation and leadership.
- Team Collaboration - Listening and successful collaboration; team leadership at a higher level.
- Dynamic Leadership - Negotiate and manage change; leadership skills for any situation.
- Innovative Planning - Proposals and managing projects; connect with others to accomplish goals.
- Persuasive Influence - Conflict resolution and high-level leadership; develop skills for every situation.
- Visionary Communication - Communicate change and develop your vision; build skills for visionary leadership.
- Effective Coaching - Positive coaching and building consensus; coach and work with a team.
- Leadership Development - Lead a team and develop plans; learn leadership by completing projects.
- Strategic Relationships - Build leadership skills and relationships; networking and cross-cultural understanding.

- Afterwards go to Base Camp to access your self study course and start or continue your journey. (see a preview of level 1 below)
- Icebreaker - This foundational project is designed to introduce you to your club and the skills you need to begin your Toastmasters journey.
- Evaluation and Feedback - This project addresses the skills needed to give and receive feedback. You will learn about giving, receiving and applying feedback.
