Heads up:
- At the beginning of the meeting we may ask guests to introduce themselves
- In the middle of the meeting during table topics we may ask guests to answer an impromptu open ended question for 1-2 mins
- At the end of the meeting we may ask guests for their thoughts/feedback on the meeting
- At the end of the meeting the club president will stay on for a few extra minutes to answer any questions.
